SHIPPING POLICY
Because We Care
We only ship to locations within Australia.
We aim to have all orders processed and sent within 5-7 working days.
Standard postage costs is capped at $13 and will be sent
with tracking (signature required) via Aust Post.This will be added to your cart upon checkout.
Local pick (Mudgee NSW) can also be selected at checkout.
RETURN POLICY
What You Need to Know
Please be aware before you purchase, we do not offer returns on our earrings.
We will make sure your item is sent to you in excellent, clean and unused condition.
However, due to the nature of these items and hygiene aspect of earrings, we cannot accept returns.
If you purchase an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit, we may
offer you a discount coupon to use with us during your next purchase.

In order for your items to stay in the best condition possible,
we suggest you take these few simply steps to ensure the best care of your products.
Please make sure your earrings are kept out of water and are cleaned before use.
Please be aware before purchasing, we sell earrings for pierced ears only. We do not offer
hypoallergenic items and therefore these items may not be suitable for sensitive skin.
After baking, polymer clay does hardened but it can sometimes crack or break in
certain areas if placed under pressure or if it is being mishandled.
It is best to be gentle and take good care of your items to ensure longevity.
Please be mindful of how you store your items and make ever effort to
ensure they are kept in a safe, dry place always.
We accept no responsibility for the misuse of your item or from a lack of safe storage.
